I would like to take this time to write and thank TradeWorks Marketing for the help they have provided me with my website. I started out in this learning process not knowing very much, other than the basics, the Internet.
I had an AOL account and could navigate the net with some confidence but that was the extents of my knowledge and understanding. In the Spring while helping clean my mother’s yard and house in Idaho, I found an Hodaka ACE 100 in one of the sheds. I thought I could get the Hodaka running again even though I had no experience at this. After hauling the Hodaka to Utah I thought I maybe I could find some information on the web.
As I started looking on the web I was surprised to find a new Hodaka parts, as well as some information on them. I also discovered there were so many other people looking to get Hodaka parts and information. As time went on, I was getting my bike ready, I started thinking about acquiring some Hodaka parts and seeing if I could sell them to others on the web. So, armed with just an AOL account and my email I would look up different motorcycle web sites on forums selling more parts as time went on. Eventually, I was receiving enough emails daily that I needed a website.
With TradeWorks Marketing's help and the ease of Visual WebTools software, I progressed to being able to assist in the construction of my own web site, and to actually be able to change my web site without fear of not knowing what I was doing. The software for the web site is very self-explanatory and really assists someone like myself to experiment and fell like the web site is mine, instead of someone else’s, or a companies. I purchased their merchant account so my site was “credit card ready” and customers could use a shopping cart to fill their orders.
I am now connecting products with ClipOnCommerce and Intellipay, and finally using all the options on my web site that Visual WebTools offers. I now receive requests and send many orders for Hodaka parts all around the Unites States and Canada on a regular basis. By having a web site, and knowing how to use it, it really legitimizes the whole selling process. Customers don’t just get an email from me to see if they are interested in buying parts Hodaka parts from someone who just sent them an email. Customers have a web site to go to too look and decide what they want to do. I feel that if someone such as myself can run and maintain a web site, then almost anyone could do the same. I just wanted to say thanks.

When I went to the TradeWorks e-Advantage training
session, they asked us to find something around the house we
could sell. I had a 23-year-old open reel tape deck that I
hadn't used in about 11 years and some 10-inch tapes. Using
the e-Advantage system I created my very first e-Bay auction.
I had the deck on a 10-day auction. At first it didn't move
much at all and around the 7th day it was only up to around
$200. Not bad but I was hoping for better. Then we went out of
town for the weekend. When I checked the auction on Sunday
afternoon, just after it had closed, the deck had sold for
$455!!! I was psyched and mailed it out as soon as I had
payment. I got my first positive feedback and became convinced
that e-Advantage really works. I can't wait to get some of my
other items listed using the TradeWorks e-Advantage

I just thought I would take a minute to tell you how pleased we are with how the website you designed for us turned out. As you know, Cory and I are not very computer/Internet oriented, so having you to turn to and just say what we would like to see, and then it all coming together as well as it did was wonderful.
We have gained many new customers over the years the websites has been up and going, and we love being able to tell people just to go to the website for design options rather than having to send out literature all the time. That has saved us immeasurable amounts of time and money.

Web Wizard is a fabulous product. It was so easy to use and I loved seeing the pages take shape so quickly. For someone with limited design knowledge, I was able to get a preliminary web site up and running in less then 5 hours!
It is nice being able to make changes when and how I want to, without having to rely on someone else to get the job done correctly. This product has helped me expand my business and I am excited to upgrade my website as new features become available. I think Web Wizard has a great potential and I would highly recommend it!
